I regret to have to pass along the news, but wanted to let you all know Darryl passed away on Saturday, June 18th at his home. As you may know, Darryl had been fighting pancreatic cancer for a while now. The obituary was in the Lewiston Sun Journal yesterday. The visiting hours will be from 10am to 1pm on Saturday, June 25th. The funeral will begin at 1pm. This will be held at the Wiles Funeral Home located at 137 Farmington Falls Road in Farmington. If anything changes regarding the funeral arrangements, we will forward the update. Darryl was a true pioneer in our field of work, and his fingerprints can be found all over the code we all use today. MASE will be honoring Darryl’s life and contributions to our association, any suggestions to this point are welcomed by the membership. For now, we offer our condolences to the many family and friends Darryl left behind. Rest in peace Darryl.
